By submitting the time reservation and payment for the session in full, you agree to arrive to your session on time.
FAQ:
What if I'm running late? We understand that life happens! Atlanta traffic and other things can get in the way of arriving on time. If this happens to you on the day of your session, please send a quick text to 678-777-8298 with your estimated time of arrival. Appointments running more than 20 minutes late, may need to be rescheduled to allow the proper time for your child to experience the Attic.
Will I be in the camera room with my children? Yes! You will have a front row seat to their explorations of the Attic. It is child friendly with many treats around the Attic. You can even join them in their explorations.
When do we get to see the images? We will have a separate ordering session scheduled two weeks out. We will schedule that appointment with you the day of your Attic session.
What is a Print Credit or 11 x 14? The session includes a 11 x 14 Canvas Small Wall Art for your home. During your ordering session, you can decide if you would like a larger Wall Art or even an album. If you decide not to order the 11 x 14, the Print Credit will be applied to your order.
What if I need to reschedule? If you need to reschedule for any reason, please give us 24 hour notice by phone or text to 678-777-8298. Once your payment is processed, it is non-refundable. If you cannot make your session time, you are permitted one(1) rescheduled date and time without penalty. Please note: The rescheduled sessions's post production will fall in the order it is received behind other sessions in our studio. If you cannot make the rescheduled appointment time, the down payment will be forfeited to cover the loss of both reserved times. We will work with you to make every attempt to reschedule.
*If you would like to a third session time, it will be an additional $100 to reserve the time.
